Grey day and only 13.5v at 14:45 into 2 batteries from 2 panels.
Received Victron cable and is working, see

More useful would be the
>VBS-MPPT100/30 BlueSolar MPPT 30A charge controller 100V input, 12/24V output
£147.00 +VAT

which can take 2 panels in series and handle 30A
